Resonate lighting is focusing on LED sports flood lighting, founded by Ms. Tracy Zhang, who has 17 years of experience in LED lighting field as a product manager. All the R&D members from Resonate lighting are deeply passionate about LED sports flood lighting.
Sports floodlights differ from other products, such as UFOs, streetlights, led strips and downlights etc. Sports floodlights typically feature higher wattage, usually from 600W-1800W, which necessitates superior thermal management.
Sports stadium lighting also demands extremely high standards for optics and intelligent control,particularly for television broadcasts.
Resonate lighting is unlikely to produce all materials in-house,for LED chips and power supplies,we rely on top brand manufacturers such as Lumileds,Samsung,Inventronics,MOSO etc.
The specifications and configurations for sports floodlights are relatively complex. Resonate lighting's strength lies in providing suitable solutions tailored to different venue requirements and diverse client needs.
After 17 years of product development experience, we can provide customers with customized product solutions. Currently, we primarily offer the following cooperation options:
1. SKD/CKD parts
Not limited to finished products, some of our customers have their own production line; they are also manufacturers. When we offer SKD/CKD parts, they will be assembled in the customer's factory. We have partnered with some factories, such as die-casting factories, cold-forging factories, skiving fins factories; those are 3 common hardware processes for heat sinks.
2. Product design and tooling design
Through our deep integration with hardware factories,we can provide customers with customized product development and mold development services.Once the customer approves our product design proposal, we will proceed with mold design followed by small-batch production. We will provide these initial samples to the customer for confirmation and testing. Upon confirmation that everything is satisfactory, we will ship the mold to the customer.

LED sports floodlights are designed for outdoor using in harsh environments. Hence the products must undergo rigorous testing such as IP66 waterproof test, Salt spray test, Thermal shock test, Temperature rise test, Mechanical impact IK test, Anti-corrosion test, and other regular tests.From raw material selection and storage to quality control during production and final product testing, every step requires rigorous and professional testing.
